You may undress to whatever level feels right for you. Some clients prefer to leave their underwear on, while others choose to remove it. Rest assured, your therapist will ensure that you are appropriately covered at all times, and will adapt the treatment to work around any clothing you decide to keep on.

How Much Time Should I Plan On Spending At Well Rested Massage?

Plan for a Smooth Experience
To ensure you receive your full hands-on time, please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early for check-in. After your session, allow around 10 minutes for checkout, so you can leave feeling relaxed and unrushed.

What Do I Do After My Massage?

Post-Massage Care
After your session, we’ll provide you with a customized plan tailored to your needs. Generally, it’s recommended to drink plenty of water, avoid any strenuous activities for the rest of the day, and manage any soreness with heat or ice as needed.

What If I Am Late?

We always strive to honor your full session time. However, if you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session to accommodate other appointments.

What Is The Cancellation Policy?

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify Well Rested Massage at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee of 100% of the service booked. Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and when we don’t receive enough notice, other clients miss the opportunity to book that spot. Additionally, our staff is compensated for their time, and missed appointments affect their pay.

I see that you offer memberships, do I have to be a member to visit?

Memberships & Accessibility
All are welcome at Well Rested Massage! While memberships are available to make regular massages more accessible, they are not required to book an appointment. We’re here for everyone.
